Please complete this booking form to exhibit at The Big Hampshire Wedding Show at Dummer Down Farm, after it has been submitted you will be invoiced via the email you leave and you will need to pay your non refundable booking fee (first instalment) within 7 days, unless it is less than 8 weeks before the event, then full payment will be due. Will you be handing out food or drink samples? Please NOTE that you will be required to provide in advance relevant health and safety/hygiene certificates for any food/drink handed out at the event. There are also limits to the size samples allowed

I confirm that I understand that a health and safety declaration will need to be signed and full risk assessment of my stand will need to be completed no later than 1 month before the event

I confirm and agree there is to be no cross promotion of another business. This includes verbal promotion, literature promotion and displays on your stand. This ensures fairness to all exhibitors who have paid to showcase their business.
